To support a low total cost of ownership for our customers, the JLT Rugged Computers are covered by a 3-year limited warranty agreement. JLT warrants that the hardware and any firmware included in the hardware will be free from defects in the design, workmanship and materials under normal use. The warranty includes all major system components, but does not include wear and tear parts such as the hard drive and battery, which are warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase, and the touch screens which is warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase.
